Departments of Education and Training: To actively teach online in the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam

According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 432/BGDDT-GDTrH, in order to meet the dual goals of ensuring the safety of students and teachers to prevent the epidemic and complete the 2020-2021 school year plan, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam requires the Directors of the Departments of Education and Training to direct and guide the Departments of Education and Training, general and continuing education institutions to implement the following four contents:

• Strictly following the direction of the Prime Minister and the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control; continue to implement epidemic prevention measures according to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 5210/BGDDT-GDTC;

• Prepare plans to adjust the school's educational plan and proactively organize online teaching in accordance with the actual conditions of the school to prevent and promptly respond to the COVID-19 epidemic. complicated developments;

• Strictly follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam when detecting cases of COVID-19 infection, F1, F2,... promptly report to the People's Committee of the province/city to decide to let students stay at school, ensuring safety for teachers, students;

• Directing and guiding educational institutions to promptly and effectively deploy online teaching according to Official Dispatch 1061/BGDDT-GDTrH in case students have to leave school.
