Decree No. 96/2019/NĐ-CP: New land price brackets applied in Vietnam from December 19, 2019

The Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 96/2019/NĐ-CP on land price brackets.

Issued together with Decree No. 96/2019/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government are land price bracket annexes for each type of land and each region, specifically as follows:

- Annex I: The price bracket for land for growing annual crops including land for growing rice and land for growing other annual crops;

- Annex II: The price bracket for land for growing perennial crops;

- Annex III: The price bracket for production forest land;

- Annex IV: The price bracket for aquaculture land;

- Annex V: The price bracket for salt-making land;

- Annex VI: The land price bracket in rural areas;

- Annex VII: The price bracket for commercial land and services in rural areas;

- Annex VIII: Price bracket for non-agricultural production and business land that is not commercial or service land in rural areas;

- Annex IX: The land price bracket in urban areas;

- Annex X: Price bracket for commercial and service land in urban areas;

- Annex XI: Price bracket for non-agricultural production and business land is not commercial or service land in urban areas.
