Decree 149/2018/ND-CP: Contents that Employees Have the Right to Decide

Decree No. 149/2018/ND-CP detailing Clause 3, Article 63 of the Labor Code on the implementation of the grassroots democracy regulations at workplaces was issued on November 07, 2018.
