Decision on Establishing the Council for Case Law Consultation Consisting of 11 Members

Advisory Council on Case Law includes 11 members. To be specific:

- Chairman of the Council: Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Truong Hoa Binh.

- Vice Chairmen of the Council: Deputy Chief Justices of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Son and Tong Anh Hao.

- Secretary of the Council: Acting Director of the Department of Legal and Scientific Management of the Supreme People's Court Chu Thanh Quang.

- Other members:

+ Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Huu The.

+ Deputy Minister of Justice Phan Chi Hieu.

+ Vice President of the Vietnam Bar Federation - Lawyer Phan Trung Hoai.

+ Deputy Director of the Department of Legal and Administrative Reform, Ministry of Public Security Tran The Quan.

+ President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association Nguyen Van Quyen.

+ Full-time Member - Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform Nguyen Tat Vien.

+ Deputy Head of the Faculty of Law, People's Security Academy Nguyen Van Nam.

The Council is responsible for researching, discussing, and providing written opinions on each judgment and decision proposed for selection as case law and the content of each draft case law to be kept on file for reporting to the Judicial Council of the Supreme People's Court.

The Council's operating expenses are sourced from the regular expense budget of the Supreme People's Court and implemented according to legal regulations.

Decision 210/QD-TANDTC takes effect from the date of signing.
