This is a notable content in the Citizen Reception Regulation issued together with Decision 307/QD-TANDTC of the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam, dated October 29, 2020.
Under Article 8 of the Regulations issued along with Decision 307/QD-TANDTC, persons in charge of citizen reception at the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam shall refuse to receive citizens in the following cases:
- Individuals under the influence of stimulants, those with mental illness, or any other disease that impairs their ability to perceive or control their behavior;
- Individuals exhibiting threatening or insulting behavior towards the authorities, organizations, units, persons in charge of citizen reception, enforcers, or committing violations against the rules of the citizens’ reception venue;
- Complaints and denunciations regarding cases that have already been settled under policies and laws, verified and reviewed by the competent authority, notified in writing, and have already been discussed, explained, and guided, but the individuals persist in prolonged complaints and denunciations;
- Other cases as prescribed by law.
Note: The citizen reception at the Supreme People's Court of Vietnam is conducted regularly during office hours on working days of the week at the citizen reception venue.
