Deadline for submission of statistical report on enforcement of civil judgment in Vietnam July 26, 2024

On 10/6/2024, the Minister of Justice (Hanoi, Vietnam) issued Circular 05/2024/TT-BTP regulating the regime of statistical reporting civil judgment enforcement, and regime of monitoring administrative enforcement in Vietnam.

The deadline for submission of statistical report on enforcement of civil judgment in Vietnam July 26, 2024 is as follows:

  • Within 01 working day from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the executor must prepare and send the statistical report to the head of the unit where they work.

  • Within 02 working days from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Department must compile and prepare the statistical report to send to the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, which is the immediate superior, and the agencies receiving statistical reports as prescribed.

  • Within 04 working days from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department must compile and prepare the entire province's statistical report to send to the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement and the agencies receiving statistical reports as prescribed.

  • Within 01 working day from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the executor of the military judgment enforcement agency must prepare and send the statistical report to the Head of the Military Region Judgment Enforcement Department where they work.

  • Within 02 working days from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the Military Region Judgment Enforcement Department must prepare and send the statistical report to the Military Region Commander, the Judgment Enforcement Department under the Ministry of Defense, and the agencies receiving statistical reports as prescribed.

  • Within 04 working days from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the Judgment Enforcement Department under the Ministry of Defense must compile, prepare, and send the statistical report to the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Justice, and the agencies receiving statistical reports as prescribed.

  • Within 06 working days from the end date of the statistical reporting period, the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement must compile civil judgment enforcement statistics, monitor administrative enforcement nationwide, and compile civil judgment enforcement statistics in the military. The statistics must be reported to the Minister of Justice to inform the Prime Minister, the National Assembly, and other competent authorities when requested.
