Participants in the inspection/examination of the 2020 high school graduation exams must meet the following conditions and standards:

- Possess good political and ethical qualities; exhibit a sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty, impartiality, and objectivity;- Be an official inspector, educational inspection collaborator, or an internal inspection officer, faculty member, or lecturer at a higher education institution for the Ministry's inspection team; be an officer of the School Division for the School Division's examination team;- Have attended the training session and mastered the examination regulations, inspection, and examination procedures;- Do not participate in the inspection/examination if they have relatives taking the 2020 high school graduation exam; do not inspect or examine at Testing Sites where 12th-grade students from their own school are attending the Exam;- Do not engage in inspection or examination work if they are currently under disciplinary action or in the process of a review related to misconduct in examinations.
