Criteria for Evaluating and Categorizing Products under the Program "One Commune, One Product"

The Prime Minister has just issued Decision 1048/QD-TTg on the promulgation of the set of criteria for evaluating and classifying products under the One Commune One Product Program.

Issued along with Decision 1048/QD-TTg is the set of criteria for evaluating and ranking products under the Program, which comprises three parts as follows:

- Part A includes criteria for evaluating the product and community strength, which consist of: Production organization; product development; community strength.- Part B includes criteria for evaluating marketing capabilities, which consist of: Marketing; the story of the product.- Part C includes criteria for evaluating product quality, which consist of: Sensory, nutritional, and uniqueness indicators of the product; product standards; export capacity, distribution in the international market.

Specific criteria for each group as well as sub-product groups are stipulated in Appendix III of this Decision.
