Criteria for awarding the "Emulation Fighter of the People's Court" title in Vietnam from June 11, 2024

The title "Emulation Fighter of the People's Court" is annually awarded to individuals who meet the following criteria in Vietnam:

- Have outstanding achievements among individuals who have been awarded the title "Emulation Fighter at grassroots level" for 3 consecutive years.

- Have innovations that have been effectively applied and have the potential to be widely implemented within the People's Court, recognized by the leadership of the Supreme People's Court upon the recommendation of the People's Court Scientific - Initiative Council or have scientific topics, scientific projects, and technological projects that have been authoritatively reviewed and effectively applied, with influence within the People's Court, province, or department;

The time for awarding the title "Emulation Fighter of the People's Court" is the year in which the title "Emulation Fighter at grassroots level" is achieved for the third time.

Note: The title "Emulation Fighter of the People's Court" will not be awarded to individuals who achieved feats that have already been used to award the "Certificate of Merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court" or other forms of commendation during the period of consideration for awarding the title "Emulation Fighter of the People's Court" in Vietnam (unless otherwise specified).
