Criteria for Awarding the Commemorative Medal for the Judicial Career

Recently, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 06/2018/TT-BTP stipulating the awarding of the commemorative medal "For the cause of Justice."

Individuals who have served or are currently serving in the Justice sector, such as units under the Ministry of Justice, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement,… are considered for the award of the commemorative medal when they have 20 years or more of service for men, 15 years or more for women, and have completed their duties satisfactorily within the stipulated timeframe.

In cases where individuals transfer to the Justice sector or from the Justice sector to work in other sectors or organizations, they are considered for the award of the commemorative medal when they have 22 years or more of service for men, 17 years or more for women, including a minimum of 10 years of service in the Justice sector.

For individuals holding leadership positions or former leaders in the Justice sector to be considered for the award of the commemorative medal, they must meet certain conditions stipulated in this Circular.
