regarding the task of removing difficulties for production and business, the Minister of Industry and Trade requires the Department of Finance and Enterprise Innovation to take the lead and cooperate with relevant units to review and propose plans to reduce fees and charges for entities affected by the epidemic within the scope and field of management.

Implementation time: Complete and send to the Ministry of Finance by March 15, 2020, for general processing.

At the same time, the Office of the Ministry and the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy take the lead and cooperate with related units to reduce and simplify administrative procedures; focus on restructuring the procedures for levels 3 and 4 administrative procedures integrated with the National Public Service Portal in the direction of significantly reducing costs and facilitating people and businesses.
