Covid-19 Pandemic: Ministry of Education and Training Must Have a Makeup Study Plan to Ensure the Training Program

This is a notable content regulated in Resolution 11/NQ-CP dated February 14, 2020, regarding the regular session of the Government of Vietnam in January 2020.

To prevent, control, and respond to the acute respiratory disease epidemic caused by the new strain of Coronavirus, the Government of Vietnam has set forth several key tasks across various sectors, such as:

- The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) is to review the employment situation of enterprises that are experiencing labor shortages and employing Chinese workers, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure production and business activities;- The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) is to actively deploy and strictly implement disease prevention measures at educational institutions; organize cleaning and disinfecting of 100% of classrooms; and plan make-up lessons to ensure the training program as prescribed;- The Ministry of Health focuses on communication, advising on disease prevention and control to enhance public understanding and stabilize people's psychology; develop and update plans to proactively respond to possible disease scenarios;- …
