Court in Da Nang, Quang Nam Must Limit the Organization of Trials from July 27

This is the notable content stipulated in Official Dispatch 289/TANDTC-VP concerning the continued prevention and control of Covid-19 in the People's Court.

To be specific: The Covid-19 pandemic situation continues to be complex, particularly with new cases recorded in the community in Da Nang and Quang Ngai. Therefore, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court requires the courts located in Da Nang and Quang Ngai to carry out the following measures:

- Implement social distancing and isolation as required by local authorities, and summon only those conducting proceedings and participants in the court sessions until further notice;- Limit organizing court sessions and meetings to no more than 20 people in a room; ensure a distance of more than 2 meters between individuals in the courtroom and workplace;- Officials, employees, those conducting proceedings, and participants in the proceedings must voluntarily declare information about their contact history with persons positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus when coming to the court;- For provinces and cities where SARS-CoV-2 infections are newly announced by the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, the Chief Justice of the Courts in those localities shall proactively implement the aforementioned pandemic prevention requirements.
