Correction of regulations on online training of aviation staff

On December 17, 2021, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 35/2021/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 10/2018/TT-BGTVT regulating aviation staff; train, train and test aviation staff.

Accordingly, amending Article 15 of Circular 10/2018/TT-BGTVT on online training and coaching of aviation staff as follows:

- Online training and coaching only apply to theoretical subjects.

(Currently, training institutions are allowed to train and train online with theoretical content when meeting the requirements as prescribed.)

- Online training and coaching software that organizes classes in cyberspace through video, audio, and text channels (sharing computer screens and electronic devices) and has the following functions:

+ Help teachers give lectures, organize storage and transfer training materials, online training to students; Monitor and evaluate student learning...

+ Help students access and exploit learning content from training materials, online coaching...

+ Allows the training institution to manage records, learning progress, student learning outcomes and teaching activities of teachers.

(This is new content added)

For details, see Circular 35/2021/TT-BGTVT effective from February 2, 2022. Training courses that are being conducted before February 2, 2022 will continue to be carried out until they are completed.
