In this context, clearly delineate the legal and practical basis, institutionalize the land valuation method in line with the content that the Land Law 2024 assigns the Government of Vietnam to stipulate, ensuring methodological soundness and feasibility when the Decree is issued, considering the use of mass land valuation methods and building a value range when conditions permit.

- Regarding the draft Decree on compensation, support, resettlement upon state land acquisition, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam shall preside, cooperate with other Ministries, localities, political-social organizations to complete the content of the draft Decree.

In this context, categorize the subjects to ensure the implementation of policies without omitting any subjects, ensuring consistency and fairness in the process of compensation, support, and resettlement upon state land acquisition.
