On December 24, 2021, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 120/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the collection of a number of fees and charges in order to support and remove difficulties for those affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. 19.
Accordingly, continuing to reduce 50% of the fee for granting a citizen's identity card until the end of June 30, 2022. Specifically, from January 1, 2022 to the end of June 30, 2022, the fee for CCCD issuance is regulated as follows:
+ Change from 9-digit ID card, 12-digit ID card to CCCD card: reduced to 15,000 VND/card ;
+ Change CCCD card when damaged and cannot be used; change information about surname, middle name, first name; identity characteristics; re-determination of gender, hometown; there is an error in the information on the card; when requested by citizens: reduced to 25,000 VND/CCCD card ;
+ Re-issuance of CCCD card when the card is lost, can return to Vietnamese nationality according to the provisions of the Law on Vietnamese nationality: reduced to 35,000 VND/CCCD card.
(Previously, the Ministry of Finance also issued Circular 47/2021/TT-BTC reducing CCCD fees until the end of 2021).
In addition, there are many fees and charges that are reduced by up to 50% compared to the previously regulated fee, for example:
- Fees for issuance of licenses for the bank's establishment and operation: reduced to VND 70,000,000/1 license for first-time issuance and VND 35,000,000/1 license for renewal, supplement or extension;
- The fee for issuance of construction practice certificates to individuals: reduced to 150,000 VND/certificate;
