Below are the contents of Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT dated 10/3/2023 stipulating periodical reporting HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities in Vietnam.
According to Vietnam's Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT, the contents of periodical reports on HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities at district level include:
- Commune health stations report as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 4 of Vietnam's Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT;
- HIV/AIDS prevention and control agencies and organizations working under the supervision of district-level People's Committees must report quarterly and annually:
+ Harm reduction intervention results
+ HIV testing, counseling, and communication on HIV/AIDS prevention and control
+ Treatment of addiction to opiates with alternative medicine (methadone)
+ Management of ARV treatment
Management of HIV, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis C Co-Infection
Prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission
HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
+ Number of high-risk subjects
According to the forms corresponding to each activity specified in Appendix 2 and Appendix 3, issued together with Vietnam's Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT.
Units responsible for periodically reporting on HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities at the district level include:
- Commune health stations;
- Agencies and organizations under the management of district-level People's Committees that carry out HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities.
Vietnam's Circular 05/2023/TT-BYT takes effect from May 1, 2023, and replaces Circular 03/2015/TT-BYT.
