Contents of economic and technical norms of public non-business services using the state budget for training civil servants and public employees in Vietnam

The content of economic - technical norms of public non-business services funded by the state budget in the field of Home Affairs in training cadres, civil servants, and public employees in Vietnam is as follows:

- Economic and technical norms for fostering knowledge and skills in state management according to the standards of civil servant rank, including:

+ The economic - technical norms for fostering state management knowledge and skills according to the standards of specialist ranks and equivalents specified in Appendix II to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV;

+ The economic - technical norms for fostering knowledge and skills of state management according to the standards of major specialist ranks and equivalents specified in Appendix III to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV;

+ The economic - technical norms for fostering knowledge and skills in state management according to the standards of senior specialist ranks and equivalents specified in Appendix IV to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV.

- The economic and technical norms of fostering services according to the standards of professional titles of public employees in the Home Affairs major, applicable to the archival major, are specified in Appendix V to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV.

- Economic and technical norms for fostering services at the request of leadership and management positions include:

+ Economic and technical norms of fostering services as required by leadership positions, departmental managers, and equivalents specified in Appendix VI attached to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV;

+ Economic and technical norms of fostering services at the request of leadership and management positions at departmental, departmental, district, and equivalent levels specified in Appendix VII to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV.

- The economic - technical norms of fostering services according to the requirements of professional positions and professions in the field of Home Affairs are specified in Appendix VIII to Circular 09/2023/TT-BNV.
