Below is the content specified in Circular 16/2022/TT-BLDTBXH September 6, 2022 on Vietnam National Vocational Skills Assessment Program.

According to Vietnam's Circular 16/2022/TT-BLDTBXH, Vietnam National Vocational Skills Assessment Program includes:

- The profession of preparing to conduct a national occupational skills assessment according to the scale, subjects, and related requirements;

- The profession of assessing and scoring knowledge tests and practice tests in the national vocational skills assessment period;

- Supervision and handling of arising situations and violations (if any) in the national occupational skills assessment period.

Specifically, the Program includes the following topics:

- Topic 1. Overview of the national vocational skills certification assessment system and approach to international standards for assessment and recognition of vocational skills.

- Topic 2. The preparation of the assessment organization before the national vocational skills assessment period.

- Topic 3. The preparation of assessors before the national occupational skills assessment.

- Topic 4. Implement knowledge assessment in the national occupational skills assessment.

- Topic 5. Conducting practical skills assessments in the national occupational skills assessment period.

- Topic 6. Supervising the implementation of the national vocational skill certification assessment organization and handling situations arising during the assessment period.
