Content of expenses on information security training and retraining in Vietnam from 2021 to 2025

Ministry of Finance of Vietnam promulgated Circular 95/2021/TT-BTC dated 11/11/2021 regulating the estimation, management, use and finalization of funds for the implementation of the project "Training and developing information security human resources in Vietnam from 2021 to 2025"

According to the Circular, a number of specific expenditures and expenditures for information security training and retraining are guided as follows:

- For training and retraining classes that require teaching assistants, depending on the level of need, the head of the training and fostering institution decides on the number of teaching assistants and is entitled to pay for meals, rent a room, and means of transport for teaching assistants within the budget of training and retraining expenditures of agencies and units according to the expenditure levels specified in Circular 40/2017/TT-BTC of Vietnam

- Expenses for training, online teaching, training, on-the-job training (on-the-job-training), and building systems, programs, and documents to serve testing and assessment of safety capacity information during training, extensive online training, and test outputs...

- Expenses for developing and promulgating regulations on information security skills standards, standards, criteria, professional and professional requirements for information security: Comply with the provisions of Circular 27/2020/TT- BTC of Vietnam.

- Expenses for the survey, learning experience in training and developing information security human resources at home and abroad...
