05 Cases of Revocation of certificates for completing the training and refresher course for officials and public employees in Vietnam

Certificates for completing the training and refresher course may be revoked in the following cases:

(1) Fraud in the admission or study process regarding the certificate or course completion certificate holder.(2) Issued to individuals who do not meet the conditions; issued without proper authority.(3) The certificate is altered or falsified.(4) Allowing others to use the certificate.(5) Due to mistakes by the National Academy of Public Administration, training institutions, or research institutions.

The National Academy of Public Administration, training institutions, and research institutions have the authority to revoke the certificates or course completion certificates they issued.

In cases where the National Academy of Public Administration, training institutions, or research institutions have merged, split, or dissolved, the directly superior agency of these units has the authority to revoke the certificates or course completion certificates.

The heads of the aforementioned agencies will issue the decision to revoke course completion certificates.
