From July 1, 2016, the business of sports activities shall apply the provisions of Decree 106/2016/ND-CP.

A sports business establishment must ensure the following conditions:

- Facilities and sports equipment must meet the requirements for sports activities;- Have financial resources to ensure the operation of the sports business and be responsible for the financial resources;- Have specialized staff when conducting sports business activities according to regulations; the sports business establishment falls into one of the following cases that must have a sports training instructor:- Providing sports training instruction services and engaging in sports business activities listed in the directory of sports activities requiring training instruction;- An extreme sports business establishment must have the following specialized staff: sports training instructor; rescue staff; on-call medical staff or a written agreement with the nearest medical facility regarding medical staff for first aid and emergency treatment of participants in extreme sports activities when necessary.
