The Government Office has just issued Official Letter 245/VPCP-KGVX dated 11/01/2022 conveying the opinions of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on the holidays of the Lunar New Year and National Day in 2022 of cadres, civil servants and employees. officials and employees.

Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam commented as follows:

Agree with the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the Lunar New Year holiday from January 31, 2022 to the end of February 4, 2022 and National Day holiday from September 1, 2022 until the end of September 2, 2022 .

However, the 05 days of the Lunar New Year holiday are gradually adjacent to the 04 weekends of the previous week and the week after the New Year, so cadres, civil servants and public employees will have 9 consecutive days off.

Agencies and units implementing the above holiday schedule must arrange reasonable working arrangements to deal with continuous work, ensure good service to the organization and people, and epidemic prevention and control. COVID-19.

Other weekly holidays, public holidays and New Year's holidays shall comply with the provisions of the Labor Code.

The Deputy Prime Minister authorized the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to announce the Lunar New Year holiday and National Day holiday in 2022.
