Circular elaborating accounting work when converting public service unit in Vietnam

This Circular elaborates the accounting work when converting public non-business units into joint-stock companies for organizations and individuals specified in Article 2 of Vietnam's Decree 150/2020/ND- CP, as follows:

• Public service units under the ministries, ministerial-level agencies and agencies attached to the Government of Vietnam;

• Public service units under the units under the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies attached to the Government lof Vietnam;

• Public service units under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities in Vietnam;

• Public service units under the specialized agencies and other administrative organizations of the People's Committee of the province;

• Public service units under the People's Committees of districts, towns, and provincial cities in Vietnam;

• Public service units under Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University;

• Public service units under the public non-business units under ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, provincial People's Committees, Hanoi National University,Ho Chi Minh City National University ;

• Public service units under the enterprises in which 100% of charter capital is held by the State;

• Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, provincial-level People's Committees in Vietnam, Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University and other agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the converting public service units into joint stock companies.
