If the house has ≥ 02 floors, then the “House Area” is divided into: “House Construction Area” (Column 4a) and "House Usable Floor Area" (Column 4b).- “Legal Documents” (Column 5) include: Land allocation decision, land lease decision, Land Use Rights Certificate, land lease contract, house lease contract, etc. If there are no documents, specify clearly as “none” or “lost”.
