- The inspection and re-inspection must be completed before December 15 annually.

- Time for sending reports on inspection results: The Departments of Health of provinces and municipalities must send reports on the inspection results to the Department of Preventive Medicine before December 30 annually for compiling reports and serve as a basis for proposing commendations and sending reports to the Ministry of Health of Vietnam as stipulated.
