Changing forms in reviewing and classifying poor and near-poor households
Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 02/2022/TT-BLDTBXH dated 30/3/2022 amending Circular 07/2021/TT-BLDTBXH on guidelines for methods of reviewing and classifying poor and near-poor households; determine the income of households engaged in agriculture, forestry, fishery and salt production with the average standard of living in the period 2022-2025 and reporting forms.

According to the Circular, amendments to a number of forms and appendices in reviewing and classifying poor and near-poverty households are as follows:
- Replace Appendix III of Circular 07/2021/TT-BLDTBXH with Appendix III issued together with Circular 02/2022/TT-BLDTBXH.
- Replace Appendix IV of Circular 07/2021/TT-BLDTBXH with Appendix IV issued together with Circular 02/2022/TT-BLDTBXH.
- Replace Forms No. 7.8, Form No. 7.9, Form No. 7.10, Appendix VII of Circular 07/2021/TT-BLDTBXH with Forms No. 7.8, Form No. 7.9, Form No. 7.10, Appendix VII issued together with Vietnam's Circular 02 2022/TT-BLDTBXH.
The above-mentioned appendices and forms are applied in reviewing and classifying poor and near-poverty households in the period of 2022 - 2025 in Vietnam from January 1, 2022.
- Amend Note 1 in Clause 1, Section II, Appendix VIII of Circular 07/2021/TT-BLDTBXH as follows: "Not including subsidies or social assistance guaranteed by the state budget."
