Changes in applications for the Certificate of Crew member in Vietnam

According to Circular 11/2022/TT-BGTVT dated June 29, 2022 amending the Security Regulations For civil aviation in the field of aircraft and aircraft operation, in which there are changes in the application for the certificate of crew member in Vietnam

According to the circular in Vietnam, the application for the Certificate of Crew member shall be submitted directly or through the postal system or through the online public service system to the CAAV in Vietnam

The applications include:

- A hard or soft copy of the aircraft operator's official letter of request, enclosed with the list of applicants for the Certificate of Crew member;

- A hard or soft copy of the application for the certificate of crew member according to the content in Clause h, Appendix 1, Article 10.115;

(Compared to Circular 01/2011/TT-BGTVT, the new regulation only requires hard or soft copies of the above-mentioned documents, not the originals.)

- 3x4 portrait or 3x4 portrait photo in digital form (for online submission). (Compared to the current Circular in Vietnam, there will be additional digital form.)

Circular 11/2022/TT-BGTVT takes effect from June 29, 2022
