Change of costumes of market management officers at all levels in Vietnam

On May 27, 2022, the Government issued Decree No. 33/2022/ND-CPdetailing a number of articles of the Ordinance on Market Management in Vietnam.

Accordingly, market management costumes shall be provided for officers working at market management agencies at all levels in Vietnam, including:

- Men's and boys' shirts and shirts for men;

(Currently, spring and summer-autumn)

- Women's shirts and shirt-blouses for women;

(Currently, spring and summer-autumn)

- Men's overcoat;

- Women's overcoat;

- Manual worker's clothing, shirt, waistband;

(Compared to the current addition of vests, windbreakers)

- Male clothes;

- Women's clothing and foot;

- Peaked cap (for male), soft hat (for female), cotton hat, scratch;

- Other equipment: belts; leather shoes; socks; helmets; document pairs.

The Decree No. 33/2022/ND-CP comes into force from July 15, 2022 and replaces the Decree No. 148/2016/ND-CP dated November 04, 2016 and Decree No. 78/2019/ND-CP dated October 14, 2019.
