Cases of suspension of university-level training activities

The Ministry of Education and Training promulgates Circular 02/2022/TT-BGDDT dated January 18, 2022 stipulating the conditions, order and procedures for opening a training major, and suspending the operation of the training sector at bachelor's and master's levels, doctor.

Accordingly, the regulation that the training institution is suspended from the operation of the training industry for the branch was opened when there is a conclusion of the competent state agency about the violation of the training institution in one of the schools. the following case:

- Autonomy to open majors when not yet fully qualified to open majors according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 33 of the Law on Higher Education (amended and supplemented in 2018 ) and the guiding Decree;

- Autonomously open majors when one of the conditions for opening a training major is not satisfied as prescribed in Circular 02/2022/TT-BGDĐT and other relevant provisions of law (including the conditions that must be met). commitment in the project to open the training industry as prescribed in Circular 02/2022/TT-BGDĐT ).

After the time limit for suspension of training activities, if the causes leading to the suspension of training activities are remedied and the training institution fully meets the conditions for opening a training branch, the Minister of Education and Training decided to allow the training industry to resume.

Circular 02/2022/TT-BGDDT takes effect from March 4, 2022; replace Circular 22/2017/TT-BGDDT and Circular 09/2017/TT-BGDDT .
