Cases being disciplined are ineligible to be appointed as inspectors of the high school graduation exam in Vietnam

On May 13, 2021, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch 1952/BGĐT-TTr on instructions for inspection and examination Good exam high school graduation in 2021.

According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch, a person who is in the process of being disciplined or is in the process of considering the responsibility related to the negative of the exam is not allowed to participate in the inspection/examination of the 2021 high school graduation exam in Vietnam.

In addition, the Official Dispatch also mentions other conditions and standards of participants of the exam inspection in Vietnam, specifically:

- Having good political and moral qualities; having a sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty, fairness, and objectivity;

- Being an inspection officer, a local education inspection collaborator for the department's inspection team;

- Being an inspector, an education inspector, or an internal inspector, a permanent officer, or lecturer of a higher education institution for the inspection and examination team of the Ministry of Vietnam;

- Being an officer of the Department of Schools for the inspection team of the Department of Schools.

- Having attended the training course and mastered the exam regulations, inspection and examination skills and passed the assessment test;

- Those who have relatives participating in the exam in the year it is held are not allowed to participate in the inspection/examination at the same time that they take the exam.
