Below is the notable content specified in Decision 32/QD-VPCP on the Plan to control administrative procedures, information technology and build e-Government of the Government Office of Vietnam in 2021.

According to Vietnam's Decision 32/QD-VPCP, for the task group on information technology and e-Government building, the E-Government Office, specific tasks must be completed to implement the plan to control administrative procedures and technology. Information and e-Government building of the Government Office of Vietnam in 2021 includes:

Verify schemes, projects, draft legal documents, programs, plans, reports and other regular work of ministries, branches and localities to submit to the Government and Prime Minister on information technology, digital transformation, building e-government, e-government, national database, information safety, network security, IT industry;
Develop and complete Vietnam National Public Service Portal;
Continue to implement process restructuring, integration and provision of online public services and online payments on the National Public Service Portal;
Develop Database and Electronic Consultancy Portal on regulations related to business activities;
