By 2025: 100% of trade promotion procedures implemented online public services in Vietnam
On November 22, 2021, the Prime Minister of Vietnam promulgated Decision 1968/QD-TTg approved Project "Promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in trade promotion activities in the period of 2021-2030".

According to the Decision, the goal is that 100% of administrative procedures in the field of trade promotion are eligible to deploy online public services at levels 3 and 4 and integrate on the National Public Service Portal with 90% of enterprises being satisfied with the results of administrative procedures in the electronic environment by 2025.
Meanwhile, building and forming a Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem with 100% of trade promotion organizations and over 200,000 businesses being granted accounts on the Digital Trade Promotion Ecosystem and 50% of these transactions and information sharing.
In addition, striving to 2025:
- Database specialized in trade promotion and 10 key export industries was formed, connected, and connected with the database of 10 key export markets.
- 25% of market connection services are organized on a connection platform, supporting 100,000 businesses.
- 25% of fairs and exhibitions are held on digital environment...
