Vietnam Government Inspectorate issued Circular 07/2021/TT-TTCP regulating authority, contents of inspection of responsibility for law implementation on inspection, citizen reception, complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption.
According to this Circular, the regulations on inspection competence and responsibilities of Provincial Inspectors are as follows:
Inspectors of provinces and centrally run cities (hereinafter collectively referred to as Provincial Inspectors) shall inspect the responsibilities of implementing the law on inspection, citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption for departmental agencies; District People's Committee; public service providers; state enterprises; other units established under the decision of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.
During the inspection process, the provincial Inspectorate considers and evaluates the implementation of the law on inspection, citizen reception, complaints, denunciations and anti-corruption by agencies, organizations and units, individuals under the management of departmental-level agencies, district-level People's Committees and state-owned enterprises established by the provincial-level People's Committee chairpersons and agencies, organizations, units and individuals under the management of People's Committees. district.
The inspection of responsibilities for the implementation of the law on anti-corruption by enterprises and organizations in the non-state sector shall comply with the provisions of Clause 3, Article 59 of Decree 59/2019/ND-CP of Vietnam.
