Attire for Judges of the People's Court from 2018

On October 03, 2017, the Supreme People's Court (SPC) signed Decision 210/QD-SPC on the design, material, and pattern of the judicial attire for Judges of the People's Court.

From January 1, 2018, the attire for judges of the People's Court applied uniformly nationwide is a long-sleeve black robe with the following style, material, and pattern:

- Style: The length of the robe corresponds to 75% of the distance from the nape to the heel. The robe is designed with two front panels and one back panel: each front panel has two pleats folded towards the sides, and the back panel has three pleats, one in the middle and two others equally distributed to the sides, folded towards the armpits.- Material: High-quality fabric, suitable for different weather and climate conditions in various regions.- Pattern: Black color with trims, cuffs, and epaulettes corresponding to the rank of the judge.

The usage term for the judges’ judicial attire is 5 years for 2 robes, with an initial issue of 2 robes.
