Circular 14/2018/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular 207/2016/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of collection, policies for collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges in the field of crop production and forestry tree seeds.

Effective from March 26, 2018, the fee levels applied in the procedure for evaluating and issuing the Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Production and Sales are specified as follows (unit: VND):

Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Production (excluding facilities that only engage in fertilizer packaging):

- New issuance: 6,000,000 per case per facility;- Reissuance: 2,500,000 per case per facility.

Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Production for facilities that only engage in fertilizer packaging:

- New issuance: 3,000,000 per case per facility;- Reissuance: 1,200,000 per case per facility.

Issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility for Fertilizer Sales:

- New issuance: 500,000 per case per facility;- Reissuance: 200,000 per case per facility.

At the same time, Circular 14 additionally designates the Plant Protection Department and the Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection as the two organizations that collect fees and charges in the field of crop production and forest tree varieties.

Circular 14/2018/TT-BTC takes effect from March 26, 2018.
