Approving the 2021 inspection plan of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam has issued the Decision No. 1314/QĐ-LĐTBXH approving the 2021 inspection plan of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to the Decision No. 1314/QĐ-LĐTBXH, the 2021 inspection plan of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam is approved with the following specific work contents:

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on labor, occupational safety and hygiene and social insurance at construction projects/works;

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on labor, occupational safety and hygiene;

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on labor, occupational safety and hygiene at projects/works;

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on labor, inspecting occupational safety techniques and training in occupational safety and hygiene;

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on labor;

- Inspecting the observance of the provisions of the law on Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts;

- Inspecting the performance of the state management function of vocational education and vocational education institutions;
