Approval of the organizational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam from February 07, 2025

The organizational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy effective from February 7, 2025 is as follows:

(1) Inspection Committee;

(2) Office;

(3) Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Security Cases;

(4) Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Social Order Cases;

(5) Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic and Corruption Cases;

(6) Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Drug-related Cases;

(7) Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Judicial Cases;

(8) Department of Prosecution and Criminal Trial Supervision;

(9) Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy;

(10) Department of Supervision of Detention and Criminal Sentence Execution;

(11) Department of Civil Case Supervision;

(12) Department of Administrative, Commercial Business Case Supervision;

(13) Department of Civil Sentence Execution Supervision;

(14) Department of Supervision of Complaints and Accusations in Judicial Matters;

(15) Department of International Cooperation and Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters;

(16) Department of Legal Affairs;

(17) Department of Personnel Organization;

(18) Bureau of Crime Statistics and Digital Transformation;

(19) Bureau of Finance;

(20) Inspection;

(21) Prosecutor University (with a Branch in Ho Chi Minh City);

(22) Institute of Prosecutorial Science;

(23) Legal Protection Newspaper;

(24) Central Military Procuracy.

The Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy shall define the organizational structure, duties, powers, and working relationships of the units within the organizational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

Resolution 1403/NQ-UBTVQH15 takes effect from February 7, 2025.

Resolution 951/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated May 28, 2015, of the National Assembly Standing Committee, approving the Decision of the Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy regarding the organizational structure of the Supreme People's Procuracy, will cease to be effective from the date Resolution 1403/NQ-UBTVQH15 becomes effective.
