In addition to the aforementioned templates, the competent authority may use other templates issued under Decree 97/2017/ND-CP guiding the Law on Administrative Violations Handling.

Moreover, depending on each case, additional criteria may be supplemented into the records to ensure sufficient necessary content when sanctioning.

Circular 08/2018/TT-BGTVT is effective from April 15, 2018.
