The application dossier for the issuance of the Fire Fighting and Prevention Equipment Safety Certificate from May 15, 2024 in Vietnam includes:

- The application dossier for the issuance of the Fire Fighting and Prevention Equipment Safety Certificate based on the inspection results of the business providing consulting, inspection, and technical assessment services for fire fighting and prevention, which comprises:

A written request for the issuance of the Fire Fighting and Prevention Equipment Safety Certificate (Form No. PC27); the fire fighting and prevention equipment inspection record of the business providing consulting, inspection, and technical assessment services for fire fighting and prevention (Form No. PC25); the sample collection record of the inspection equipment (Form No. PC28); certificate of origin (in case of not connected with specialized databases) or the factory release certificate of the equipment; the quality certificate of the equipment (if any); technical documentation of the equipment requested for inspection;

- The application dossier for the issuance of the Fire Fighting and Prevention Equipment Safety Certificate in Vietnam based on the testing, inspection results of foreign agencies and organizations, which includes:

A written request for the issuance of the Fire Fighting and Prevention Equipment Safety Certificate in Vietnam (Form No. PC27); testing, inspection results of foreign testing, inspection agencies and organizations accompanied by the tested technical criteria; certificate of origin (in case of not connected with specialized databases) or the factory release certificate of the equipment; the quality certificate of the equipment (if any); technical documentation of the equipment requested for inspection;

- Documents and papers in the dossier must be the original or authenticated copies or photocopies accompanied by the original for the receiving officer to verify. If the dossier is in a foreign language, it must be accompanied by a Vietnamese translation, and the requesting agency, organization, or individual must be responsible for the content of the translation.

Decree 50/2024/ND-CP takes effect from May 15, 2024.
