Application for recruitment as public employee at units under Vietnam Social Security in 2024

Specifically, in the Plan 1248/KH-BHXH dated May 03, 2024, the application for recruitment as a public employee at subordinate units of Vietnam Social Security in 2024 includes:

- Personal resume according to current regulations, prepared within 30 days before the application submission date, with confirmation from a competent authority;

- Notarized copies of diplomas and certificates as required for the job position being applied for;

For diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, when submitting the application for recruitment as a public employee, candidates need to submit a photocopy of the diploma and academic transcript (all accompanied by notarized Vietnamese translations) and a photocopy of the diploma recognition certificate according to the Ministry of Education and Training's regulations. If the diploma is exempt from the recognition procedure as stipulated in Article 5 of Circular 13/2021/TT-BGDDT, candidates must submit documents proving the diploma is exempt from the recognition procedure. Diplomas without the recognition certificate according to the Ministry of Education and Training's regulations or documents proving the diploma is exempt from the recognition procedure will not be eligible for recruitment as public employees.

- Health certificate issued by a competent medical authority within 30 days before the application submission date;

- Self-assessment report by the applicant on political qualities, ethical qualities, professional qualifications, expertise, and work history, confirmed by the head of the agency, organization, or unit where the applicant works (if any).

- Copies of decisions and documents related to the duration of employment, such as: recruitment decisions, resignation decisions, contract termination decisions; salary decisions, social insurance books, and labor contracts, work contracts...

The proposal and list of candidates for recruitment as public employees, along with individual application dossiers, should be sent to Vietnam Social Security (through the Department of Organization and Personnel) before May 12, 2024.
