Circular 25/2018/TT-BGTVT stipulates level crossings and issuance of construction permits for essential works within the land area reserved for railways.

- The original Application Form for the permit according to the template specified in Appendix 8 of this Circular;- The original or a certified copy or a copy accompanied by the original for comparison of the following documents:

- Decision approving the construction investment project;- Technical design dossier or construction drawing design of the level crossing project and the Decision approving the Technical Design Dossier or construction drawing design.- The construction organization plan of the level crossing project and measures to ensure traffic safety during the construction period;- Decision approving the environmental impact assessment report in accordance with the law on environmental protection.

Circular 25/2018/TT-BGTVT takes effect on July 1, 2018, replacing Circular 62/2015/TT-BGTVT and Circular 80/2015/TT-BGTVT.
