Annulment of regulations on bidding for non-aviation service provision in Vietnam
Circular 06/2022/TT-BGTVT dated May 27, 2022 amending the Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BGTVT on management of domestic air transport service prices and aviation service prices in Vietnam.

This Circular annuls regulations on bidding for provision of non-aviation services in Vietnam specified in Article 10 of Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BGTVT.
In addition, Circular 06/2022/TT-BGTVT also abolishes the following provisions:
- Procedures for receiving and checking the price declaration in Vietnam (specified in Article 9 of Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BGTVT);
- Make public announcement and send document to competent agencies about the incentive price policy within their competence (as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 16 of Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BGTVT);
- Appendix 2 issued together with the Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BGTVT.
Circular 06/2022/TT-BGTVT takes effect from July 15, 2022 and replaces Circular 07/2017/TT-BGTVT dated March 14, 2017.
