Annulment of certain legislative documents issued or jointly issued by the Minister of Construction of Vietnam

To fully annul 14 legislative documents in Vietnam, for example:

- Circular 17/2000/TT-BXD dated December 29, 2000, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam guiding the classification of materials calculated into direct costs in construction works’ cost estimates.

- Circular 04/2008/TT-BXD dated February 20, 2008, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam guiding urban road management.

- Circular 20/2010/TT-BXD dated October 27, 2010, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam guiding the pilot construction and publication of several real estate market evaluation indicators.

- Joint Circular 06/2014/TTLT-BXD-BNV dated May 14, 2014, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam and the Minister of Home Affairs guiding the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Construction Inspectorate.

- Circular 06/2017/TT-BXD dated April 25, 2017, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam guiding specialized construction testing activities.

- Circular 13/2017/TT-BXD dated December 08, 2017, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam stipulating the use of non-fired building materials in construction projects.

- Circular 10/2018/TT-BXD dated December 26, 2018, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam amending and supplementing several provisions of Circular 10/2015/TT-BXD dated December 30, 2015, on the training and fostering of professional management knowledge for operating apartment buildings, and Circular 28/2016/TT-BXD dated December 15, 2016, on amending and supplementing several provisions of Circular 10/2015/TT-BXD dated December 30, 2015, regarding the training and fostering of professional management knowledge for operating apartment buildings, Circular 11/2015/TT-BXD dated December 30, 2015, on the issuance of real estate brokerage practice certificates; guidelines on training and fostering real estate brokerage practice knowledge, operating real estate trading floors; the establishment and organization of real estate trading floors; and several provisions of the Regulation on management and use of apartment buildings issued together with Circular 02/2016/TT-BXD dated February 15, 2016, of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam.
