The annulment of 14 legislative documents in the field of military and national defense in Vietnam includes:

- Decision 3033/2001/QD-QP dated November 15, 2001, Issuing the Regulation on State Management of National Defense Industry in the Vietnam People's Army.

- Decision 587/QD-QP dated August 31, 1993, on Permitting the Technical Vocational Education Center under the 2nd Infantry Officer School to also bear the name Employment Promotion Center.

- Decision 645/QD-QP dated October 25, 1994, Issuing the Regulation on Organization and Activities of Employment Promotion Centers in the Army.

- Directive 907/CT-QP dated July 25, 1998, on Planning the Construction of Projects on Islands.

- Directive 1411/CT-QP dated October 21, 1998, on Implementing the Plan to Build the Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense.

- Decision 614/QD-QP dated May 11, 1999, Issuing the General List of Essential Goods and Materials of the Ministry of National Defense.
