Annulment of 82 legal documents promulgated by the Government of Vietnam

On December 30, 2020, the Government of Vietnam issued the Decree No. 151/2020/NĐ-CP on the annulment of a number of legislative documents promulgated by the Government.

According to Article 1 of the Decree No. 151/2020/NĐ-CP of the Vietnam’s Government, 82 following legislative documents are annulled:

- Decree No. 94/2015/NĐ-CP dated October 16, 2015 of the Government amending and adding some articles of Decree No. 136/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 17, 2007 on entry and exit of vietnamese citizens;

- Decree No. 07/2017/NĐ-CP dated January 25, 2017 of the Government regulating processes and procedures for pilot issuance of electronic visa to foreigners entering Vietnam;

- Decree No. 09/2015/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2015 of the Government on adjustment of pensions, social insurance allowances and monthly allowances for commune officials who have quit their jobs;

- Decree No. 35/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government on adjustment of pensions, social insurance allowances and monthly allowances for commune officials who have quit their jobs;
