Annulment of 05 Circulars in the field of finance and banking in Vietnam from December 12, 2024

Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Department of Financial Affairs for Banks and Financial Institutions, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam issues a Circular to annul the Circulars in the financial and banking sector issued by the Minister of Finance.

The full annulment of Circulars in the financial and banking sector issued by the Minister of Finance of Vietnam includes:

- Circular 120/2016/TT-BTC dated July 14, 2016, by the Ministry of Finance on the Charter of organization and operation of the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Single-Member Limited Liability Company.

- Circular 188/2013/TT-BTC dated December 9, 2013, by the Ministry of Finance guiding the policies on financial management and performance evaluation for Stock Exchanges and the Securities Depository Center.

- Circular 127/2012/TT-BTC dated August 8, 2012, by the Ministry of Finance guiding the standards, conditions, and procedural process for recognizing organizations providing enterprise valuation services.

- Circular 205/2014/TT-BTC dated December 24, 2014, by the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular 127/2012/TT-BTC dated August 8, 2012, by the Ministry of Finance on the standards, conditions, and procedural process for recognizing organizations providing enterprise valuation services.

- Circular 76/2015/TT-BTC dated May 19, 2015, by the Ministry of Finance stipulating the interest rates for state investment credit and export credit loans and the interest rate differential calculated for post-investment support.

For detailed content, refer to Circular 78/2024/TT-BTC which comes into force from December 12, 2024.

The Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Director General of the Department of Financial Affairs for Banks and Financial Institutions, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Finance, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing Circular 78/2024/TT-BTC.
