Announcement of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on amended administrative procedures in the field of land in Vietnam

Amended administrative procedures in the field of land include:

- Administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Central level include procedures for providing land data.

- Administrative procedures fall under the jurisdiction of the Provincial level:

For cases where a Land Registration Office has been established, the following administrative procedures shall be announced:

+ Procedures for registering land use rights for the first time;

+ First-time land registration procedures for cases where land is allocated by the State for management;

+ Procedures for deregistration of leases, subleases, capital contributions with land use rights, and ownership of assets attached to land;

+ Procedures for registering changes in land use and assets attached to land due to changes in information about the person granted the Certificate (change of name or legal documents, personal documents, address); reduction of land plot area due to natural landslides; changes in restrictions on land use rights; changes in financial obligations; changes in assets attached to land compared to the content registered and issued with the Certificate;

+ Procedures for registering limited use rights of adjacent land plots after being granted the first Certificate and registering changes and termination of limited use rights of adjacent land plots;

+ Procedures for dividing or combining land plots;

+ Procedures for renewing Certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses, and other assets attached to land;

+ Procedures for correction of issued Certificates;

+ Procedures for registration and issuance of Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses, and other assets attached to land for the first time;...
