Announcement of 48 administrative procedures qualified to be performed online in the field of internal affairs in Vietnam

There are 48 administrative procedures in the field of Beliefs, Religions and Non-Governmental Organizations that are eligible to be performed online under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The field of Belief and Religion has 43 procedures, for example:

- Procedures for inviting foreign organizations and individuals to Vietnam to carry out religious activities in many provinces or international religious relations activities.

- Procedures for inviting foreign dignitaries and monks to preach to groups of foreigners engaged in religious activities.

- Procedures for sending dignitaries, officials, monks, and believers to participate in religious activities or religious training abroad.

- Procedures for registering people to be appointed, elected, or nominated to hold positions for the cases specified in Clause 1, Article 34 of the Law on Beliefs and Religions.

- Procedures for requesting the organization of a congress do not fall under the provisions of Points a and b, Clause 3, Article 45 of the Law on Beliefs and Religions.

- Procedures for applying for a religious activity registration certificate for organizations with operating areas in many provinces.

- Procedures for registering amendments to the charter of religious organizations with operating areas in many provinces.

- Procedures for registering people to be appointed, elected, or nominated to hold positions of organizations that are granted religious activity registration certificates with operating areas in many provinces.

- Procedures for requesting the organization of inter-religious conferences or conferences with foreign religious elements.

- Procedures for requesting the establishment, division, separation, merger, and consolidation of affiliated religious organizations with operating areas in many provinces.

- Procedures for registering amendments to the organization and operation regulations or admission regulations of religious training institutions.

- Registration procedures for Vietnamese citizens to be ordained, appointed, elected, or nominated abroad to return to Vietnam to serve as dignitaries, positions, etc.
