Announcement of 29 periodical reporting regimes in the field of Finance and Banking of Vietnam

This is a notable content of the Decision No. 2178/QĐ-BTC issued on December 25, 2020 on publishing the list of periodical reports in the field of finance and banking under the management of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.

The List of 29 periodic reporting regimes in the field of finance and banking under the scope of state management of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam is attached to the Decision No. 2178/QĐ-BTC (Part I). In which including:

- 11 new reporting regimes;

- 18 amended reporting regimes; (No. 01; 02; 03; 04 – Section I and No. 01; 06; 12; 17-23; 25; 28; 29; 31 - Section II, Appendix 14 attached to the Decision No. 1898/QĐ-BTC dated September 25, 2020 publishing the list of periodical reporting regimes within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam).

Concurrently, Part II of this List specifies the contents of the periodical reporting regime, including: The subject of the report, the agency receiving the report, the frequency of reporting and the document specifying the reporting regime.

The Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics publishes the list of periodical reporting regimes within the scope of state management functions of the Ministry of Finance on the website of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
